Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi

Shatter Me #2
Unravel Me is the second book in the Shatter Me series by Tahereh Mafi. I read Shatter Me back in August and I really liked it. Tahereh Mafi writes beautifully, I really like her style, really simple but beautiful. It just seems so real, as if Juliette was really writing the book. I also have to say that the love triangle did not annoy me that much.. and that's a lot given the fact that love triangles always get on my nerves. This love story between the three characters seems more real, closer to what could happen in real life than others love interests I've read in many books. That made me happy!
This book was much more detailed than the first one. We got to see a little bit more of the world Juliette lives in. What I really liked about it, is that we discover the world when Juliette does. She has been imprisoned for a long time and she does not know what was happening in the outside world.. and we discover it with her! It may sometimes be difficult to understand due to that fact, but again, it makes it more real!
I really don't know what to think about Warner. He's a jackass, that's a sure thing, but just like Juliette, I'm really confused about his intentions and his feelings. Who is this guy? He's so mysterious. I want to know more! And I guess I don't have to say that I adore Kenji!!
Overall I enjoyed this book and I'm looking forward to reading Ignite Me (and the novellas as well!)
Have you read this series? What did you think?
Thanks for reading,
